Covid-19 National Lockdown

5th November 2020

We would like to reassure you that Samuel Phillips Law is very much open for business throughout the second national lockdown. All of our legal services remain unaffected and our teams are working above and beyond to support new and existing clients.

In regards to having a consultation or meeting with a Solicitor, we have a number of options open to you; telephone, Zoom, Skype and Teams. We have also adopted video signing of Wills too, to ensure that we can progress very important matters for our clients in a timely manner.

We have a small team based in our Covid safe and compliant offices on Grey Street, with the majority of colleagues continuing to work from home. We have extremely robust and secure systems that allow our teams to operate remotely and you should not experience any delay or change to service on our part.

Until the lockdown ends, and the Government announces the next phase of restrictions, we are not able to open to the public. You can deliver important documents to our offices (if this is classed as essential travel under the rules) but you will need to arrange a time and date with our Reception team. Your safety is absolutely paramount to us, as is that of our employees, so for the time being, we must ensure we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe.

We appreciate that 2020 has been an extremely difficult and challenging year, and it continues to be so. Our teams are here to support you irrespective of what your need may be, and if we do not offer a particular service or area of expertise that you need, we will do our utmost to refer you to someone who can help you. We work with a vast number of highly trusted professionals, businesses and charities and so we can help you access the help and support you need.

On behalf of the team at Samuel Phillips Law, please stay safe and well.

Kind regards,

Sharon Boyd
Chief Executive
