We begin with an audit of your contracts, policies and procedures. The employment lawyer working with you will then advise on the best route forwards and support you throughout the process. Customised training for your staff is also offered as an option.
Legal fees and any damages or costs of a settlement are met through a bespoke insurance scheme for which there is an annual premium to pay, depending on the size of the business.
This entire package is offered for a fixed monthly retainer which is tax-deductible. It covers human resources and employment law advice. Depending on the numbers of hours of legal advice a month, the retainer costs from £200 for up to two hours advice to £350 a month for unlimited legal advice.
